2004 Cabernet/Shiraz
Deep plum in colour with subtle aromas of pepper and spice. Complex palate with sweet berry and oak flavours developing into a lingering finish

Dark cherry in colour with a bouquet of blackberry and mint. Rich palate with berry,plum and dark chocolate flavours balanced with sweet American oak,

2005 Cabernet
Dense purple colour with mouth filling flavour and fine tannins for sustained length. Wonderful to drink now or cellar for 3-5 years.

2005 Shiraz
Oaky, mocha and chocolaty nose. The palate is a real Mudgee shiraz - Spicy with fine grippy tannins. Medium bodied it will age beautifully, if you can resist the temptation!
