Round up some friends + get your Picasso on. Together you’ll spend a day amongst Rosby’s picturesque vines creating your very own masterpieces. Learn to paint using traditional approaches and materials before exploring + experimenting with different techniques and applications including acrylic and related media. This workshop will take place in a relaxing, social + supportive environment. No prior art experience required.
Participants are required to bring along their own canvas/paper. All the other basic materials for the workshop will be provided however if you have any of your own art supplies it would be an idea to bring them along.

MATERIALS LIST: Participants are required to bring along 4x 30cmx30cm canvases and 1x approx. 100cm x 100cm or 80cm x 100cm canvas. These can be purchased cheaply at any $2 shop.
All the other basic materials for the workshop will be provided and also available to purchase however if you have any of your own art supplies - Acrylic paint, brushes, palette knives and any of the below, it would be an idea to bring them along.

Set of Bristle brushes (Flat), Set of Synthetic Brishes (Flat & Round)
Fabric: Thin pliable material (cotton or synthetic) for collage
Hardware items: Small bag of Sand, Small bag of pumice, PVA Glue 1 Litre, Bag Shellac
Crystals, Bottle of Methylated Spirits.
