During this hands-on workshop, chef Pip Sumbak will show you how to cook on a woodfire oven. Set outdoors with an incredible vineyard vista, you’ll learn various techniques for cooking over fire or embers. Next you’ll prepare + cook a set of seasonal dishes from locally sourced produce, which you’ll then share over a long lunch matched with a flight of Rosby wines.
Everyone is welcome from competent cooks to novices in the kitchen.
